Central Govt. has already agreed to implement the Santali language in Jharkhand state as 1st language (Official language). Now our duty is to learn OL CHIKI and develop our Santali language, Literature and Culture. More than 60 years passed now we have got the opportunity will be the medium of education in our mother tongue. We should commit to shouldering the higher responsibility to achieve our goal with honesty.

No doubt during the time of recognition of other modern Indian language on the 14th day of September 1949 by the constitutional drafting committee and subsequently 15 languages were recognized as modern Indian language than provision under article 343 to 351 has been kept in the modern adopted constitution. It seems that the ignorance of traditional modern Santali developed language played the greater role due to the lackadaisical attitude of them (Modern Indian towards the Jaher-khond people), which proved the keeping of Article-351 in the constitution. Now after the inclusion of Santali language in Scheduled-VIII in the constitution in the eve of new millennium it is the duty of Central Government to bring the amendment in the constitution by appointing a Language Commission under Article-344 of the constitution to give the status and proper dignity of Santali language what it deserve. It is evident from the act & deed of other Modern Indian languages and Literatures that they are failed to complied Article-120 and 210 of the constitution. What they supposed to be achieved within 15 years from the commencement of the constitution and may extend up to 25 years as a whole. In this new millennium by the end of 1st quarter of 21st Century we should eradicate all the hindrances to making India a Sovereign, Social and Secular Republic by giving the proper justice to the Santali linguistic people, which will not only bring the Liberty, Equality and Dignity of modern Indian & country as a whole. So the wise old man telling "Keeping together is beginning, walking together is progress and working together is success".

All these are the benefit of Santali language and making out the identity of linguistic of Kherwal Religious Community. The Constituent Assembly kept the reservation and accordingly the constitution of drafting committee under the Chairmanship of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar inserted certain provision in the drafted constitution, which was finally adopted and enacted on the 24th day of November 1949. The scheduled area people were classified under the backward class (social and education development) after ignoring their language Santali and State Jharkhand. Now Central Govt. has fulfilled the Language and State. It is the (Parliament) may bye-law include in or exclude from the list of Scheduled Tribe specified earlier any Tribe or Tribal communities or part of or group within any Tribe for the state, district or region and its declaration is conclusive. The Supreme Court or High court has no power to declare synonym as equivalent to the Tribe is specified in the order or include in or substitute only Caste/Tribe etc. Due to rotten system of governance conversion people into another religion are also enjoying the facilities of reservation in the scheduled V and Tribal area. After making out the Jharkhand state and inclusion of Santali language the Chief Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission was appointed by the Central Govt. But the Central govt. did not satisfied with the Commission Report and kept abeyance than bring the 109 constitution of amendment in the year 2009 followed by the appointment of Santali language commission/Syllabus Translation Commission under the Ministry of HRD. Now it is the Central Govt, prerogative power to act over the reservation act. Parliament having the supreme body of legislature has the only authority to review the reservation under and other infringement act existed/saved after making out the modern constitution like Santal Parganas & Chottanagpur tenancy act and so other. Now @ all, if all the modern linguistic people are not under developed and their supreme in their own region under no circumstances Santali linguistic people remain undeveloped. The Liberty Equality and Dignity not only bring the prosperity but also bring socio-religious and cultural sovereignty with identity of Jharkhandi.
