DRAW BACK THOUGHT OF SO CALLED CONSCIOUS PEOPLE
Is not it the so called conscious people are always creating the hindrances all the growth, development, language, literature and social empowerment of the Kherwal community by their sectarian out look. The Kherwal community and Santal in particular being a largest sub-community are badly victim of present social identity crisis not only is North Eastern region but also in country at large due to rotten system of governance. Now it is valueless the discuss about the script as Central government has already developed OL CHIKI Software font and supplying freely by the Ministry of Information and Technology Development, Govt. of India, Pune after inclusion of Santali language, because what is OL CHIKI and Santali language, literature are well known to the modern thinkers and ideologists of Aryans and Dravidians linguistic groups people of modern Bharat. The Philosophers, Ideologists, Thinkers and Intellectuals of South Jharkhand and Odisha region were/are much more aware about the problem creator in the way of achieving the Liberty, Equality and Dignity of Santali Language, Literature and Culture even after creation of Jharkhand state and inclusion of Santali language in scheduled VIII. The regional state govt. does have any jurisdiction over the Santali language so long Central Govt. will not clarify his stand after appointing the translation of syllabus of Santali language since 2009. It can very well be presumed, why Central Govt. has worried and hurried to appoint the commission since 2009 instead of shouldering this responsibility to the regional state govt.? Whereas diplomatic pressure was mounted to the present Central govt. for appointing the language commission my virtue of inclusion of Santali language in scheduled VIII, which was ignored in the 14th day of September 1949. The handful of so called converted Santal intellectual can jump only in Santal Pargana area and try to befool the illiterate masses for their selfish end (Creating the opportunity for more conversion). In this respect some organization are badly working day and night which is alarming all the language, literature and culture lovers of Jaher-khond people. Apart from these some so called intellectuals of none conversion groups are also engaged in supporting them by means of their act due to their unconsciousness over Santali language, Literature and Culture.

URBANIZATION OF JAHER/JAHIRA
Urbanization of Jaher/Jahira today played vital role in destructive the Sarnaism philosophy. It is crystal clear that when the worshiping in Jaher become stop in any village at that time Majhi ordered the Naike to preach Jaher bonga at Majhi than which means Majhithan/Gosane is a head of socio-religious and socio-culture activity of a Hor/Santal/Kherwal Village. If Jaher will be constructed in the town than so many socio-religious activity can not be observed as per the tradition and custom what prevail since long from generation to generation in every village. The concept of town Pargana, Town Majhi is not only a concrete building of socio-religious identity among nature worshiper Jaher-khond people, but also shows the Traditional and Modern unity. We the federation working in town area shaping the similar pattern of socio-religious and socio-culture unity and also demanded for re-naming the municipality as Town Pargana in Santali linguistic concentration region/area, like Baripada, Keonjhar, Rourkela, Jamsedpur, Jhargram, Godda, Dumka etc. similar to this office of the Manki Munda, Sardar Khuntkati should be in other Jaher-khond linguistic region like, Chaibasa, Ranchi, Hatia, Khunti, etc.
All these problems are already defined by the great political thinker like Aristotle, Rusely, etc. kindly read their theory and definition, what is society? Santal/Kherwal village is combination of Moneko and Turuy ko 5+6=11, all these have the inner meaning what is the definition of society. One village itself has fulfilled the meaning of society, which is always created by two ways. So definitions of great thinkers are the Xerox copy of Moneko, Turuy ko and Majhi.
(1) A group of people went one place, which a view to make out a village, first they selected the place in a religious method known as “TENGEN”. Later on the group of people are known themselves Moneko and Turuy ko. Then they started the living in a village where they make one Majhithan or Gosane. The Bongaburu were kept side the village known as Jaher.
(2) Another way to creating the village started, one family living in one place and gradually other people come to there and living with them, then they make out the village.
As per Vedic philosophical history their language, literature and culture are derived from the nature worshiper people mean Jaher, Jahira, Majhithan, Desauli, etc. we are really badly engaged in destructing socio-religious ethos of traditional rich orhthodox believe in the name of developing the Jaher in town area, neither we are observing Jantal, Mahmone, Karam, Sendra, Got bonga, Bhujni, Jom sim, Asalia, etc. So far the mythological concept of name of Jaher is a historical name as per old men telling. In town area we should choose single religious occasion from among the twelve months and development plan like construction of Community Halls, Charitable dispensaries, Schools, Colleges, etc. similar to other developed society should be under taken as a socio-religious and cultural identity of Majhi, Pargana and Manki-Munda.
It is surprising to see that so many town the educated people are engaging make out the Jaher just to celebrate the BAHA having without head and tail nor they are observing it as per the Pt. Raghunath Murmu Calendar “GODET”, whereas they are engaging debating about the OL CHIKI and Santali language nor they have conscious about the thought of Pt. Raghunath Murmu, whereas the illiterate people worshiping in Jaher and Jahira are very much conscious and try their best to follow the thought of Pt. Raghunath Murmu. Super facial tendency played the vital role in creating the hindrances for unity and integrity of Jaher-khond people, as per my personal and practical knowledge especially seing in CNT region as well as Federation experiences. The recent past activity and present agitation is the burning example, i.e. SARNA code agitation& linguistic minority status of Santali language engaging carrying forward by so many so called organizations. Can the SARNA code is to make out without SARNA religious Commission? Who is the authority to appoint the commission and who is the authority to make out the code law? Perhaps we are still failed to understand the primary need by means of our so called super facial activity. Is not it, the educated conscious itself are the self explanatory?
In practical sense in regard to nature worshiper people in Sarna religion over the present residing regions/places where Santal, Munda, Oraon, Bhil, Gond, etc. were preachers, are now dominated by Hindu Pandit and chanting the Sanskrit Mantra in place of nature worshiper people’s mantra. Even in so many places still the Santal, ho, Munda community people are worshiping once in a year on that day Sanskrit Pandit are totally stop their preaching/ worshiping just to give the regard and respect to the God and Goddesses. These places are presently used to visit by the nature worshiper people in large way, some other places are totally stopped like Kasu Bisu = Kasi Bishwanath, Baiju Bajnath dham= Baijnath dham, Baskey than = Basukinath, Raj rappah, Dampa Majhithan= Dam Para. Matkam beda= Mahulia, Bahah dah = Bahalda, Bhutluthan = Ghatsila and so other places like Dal mit than =Dalima, Khiching, Ghat kapat, etc. The Jaher, Jahira, etc. are the by product of that region. The Naike, Majhi, Deohuri, Jaan gurus, Sokha are well known with the reason thereof. This is not my personal analysis all these are the practical truth even in so many places like Gosain era than = Barkop situated under dishom majhi Godda, Santhal Pargana. Kapargadi, Dishom Jantal “Pakna”, Village Koinpur under the Jamda pir(Block), Mayurbhanj and so many other places are still under the occupation of Santal, Ho, Munda etc. In regard to Language, script and culture, mythology etc. same thing happened due to lack of practical knowledge educated people become so called and they are alienated themselves in mass way from the main stream of socio, religious, culture, language, literature activity and has developed to sectarian out look in large way. With out coming across with the practical activity we can easily achieving the others religious community just to cover up our own weakness, which is very pathetic.
The Dravidians and Aryans are foreigner over the land and they have occupied all the places of worshiping/kingdom and defacing originality by putting their own name, even the word HINDU is Persian origin and also does not represent any practical religion or religious groups or community. The best recent past example is Banbasi and Bananchal, which is a brain child of Hindutaw ideology propagated since 1986 as per the idealistic view of one Dindayal Upadhyay, Now the question arise who are Banbasi and why they projected Bananchal, whereas the people worshiping the Jaher, Jahira, Majhithan, Desauli etc, commonly known Adivasi residing in Chhotanagpur, Kolhan and Santhal Pargana were demanded for a modern sovereignty identity in the name of Jharkhand state and Santali language, literature and culture ideological view also fulfill the same. We the federations are neither biased nor supported the Hindutaw ideology. Also we have objected their views openly since then and started the ideological movement under the banner of the federation only principle of organize, educate and agitate.
It has been witnessed that self style intellectual are failed to established their ideology and engaged in defacing the ideology of Pt. Raghunath Murmu also due to lack of practical knowledge and now only searching the biased attitude just to concealing their witness. So many religious than situated over the Ponot(Pir/Prakhand) area worshiping by the Santal, Ho, Mahle, Munda people were visited by Pt. Raghunath Murmu duting the working period. The reason of which is best known to him and the federation. He has never visited the Jaherthan of any village whereas his work dignify the unity of jaherthan worshiping people under the calendar Godet, which is also presently far away from their understanding. Who are Hindus in India/Bharat/Aryavarte/ Jumboo dweepa. As per the thought of founder of the federation: Hende=Black, than=place, Saang nai-Sinjo nai = Sindhu river may be the Hende than means residing place of black people has been reproduced as Hindustan. Now confusing and afraiding the Hindu community as per the reasercher and scholar, 8-10% people are original Indian/Bharatiya all others are foreign emigrant in this country. It is obvious now question arise who are Bharatiya what their language, script and culture. Shall we again searching them in abroad?

SANTALI IS A LINGUISTIC IDENTITY OF PRE-VEDIC PEOPLE IN INDIA
Central Govt. has already agreed to implement the Santali language in Jharkhand state as 1st language (Official language). Now our duty is to learn OL CHIKI and develop our Santali language, Literature and Culture. More than 60 years passed now we have got the opportunity will be the medium of education in our mother tongue. We should commit to shouldering the higher responsibility to achieve our goal with honesty.
"Seledoh me sechedoh aam, akil(idea), geyan(knowledge) aar chetnam(awarness) njamaa, tayam hulgariyam benaoh aa".(When you will join, you will learn and acquire idea, knowledge and awarness than become an ideal soldier of adeal revolutionery movement) Quotation of:- Bharatiya Santali Boys' Federation, Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.
No doubt during the time of recognition of other modern Indian language on the 14th day of September 1949 by the constitutional drafting committee and subsequently 15 languages were recognized as modern Indian language than provision under article 343 to 351 has been kept in the modern adopted constitution. It seems that the ignorance of traditional modern Santali developed language played the greater role due to the lackadaisical attitude of them (Modern Indian towards the Jaher-khond people), which proved the keeping of Article-351 in the constitution. Now after the inclusion of Santali language in Scheduled-VIII in the constitution in the eve of new millennium it is the duty of Central Government to bring the amendment in the constitution by appointing a Language Commission under Article-344 of the constitution to give the status and proper dignity of Santali language what it deserve. It is evident from the act & deed of other Modern Indian languages and Literatures that they are failed to complied Article-120 and 210 of the constitution. What they supposed to be achieved within 15 years from the commencement of the constitution and may extend up to 25 years as a whole. In this new millennium by the end of 1st quarter of 21st Century we should eradicate all the hindrances to making India a Sovereign, Social and Secular Republic by giving the proper justice to the Santali linguistic people, which will not only bring the Liberty, Equality and Dignity of modern Indian & country as a whole. So the wise old man telling "Keeping together is beginning, walking together is progress and working together is success".

2. Will be vehicle of education,
3. Bring a cultural identity.
4. Literature value.
5. Prosper for Modern business,
6. Govern the state (Administration)
7. Wind up the Socio-Culture differences and bring the linguistic unity and idendity of Jaher-khond people.
8. Finally bring the Literature and Culture sovereignty the Ancient and Modern Bharat.
All these are the benefit of Santali language and making out the identity of linguistic of Kherwal Religious Community. The Constituent Assembly kept the reservation and accordingly the constitution of drafting committee under the Chairmanship of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar inserted certain provision in the drafted constitution, which was finally adopted and enacted on the 24th day of November 1949. The scheduled area people were classified under the backward class (social and education development) after ignoring their language Santali and State Jharkhand. Now Central Govt. has fulfilled the Language and State. It is the (Parliament) may bye-law include in or exclude from the list of Scheduled Tribe specified earlier any Tribe or Tribal communities or part of or group within any Tribe for the state, district or region and its declaration is conclusive. The Supreme Court or High court has no power to declare synonym as equivalent to the Tribe is specified in the order or include in or substitute only Caste/Tribe etc. Due to rotten system of governance conversion people into another religion are also enjoying the facilities of reservation in the scheduled V and Tribal area. After making out the Jharkhand state and inclusion of Santali language the Chief Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission was appointed by the Central Govt. But the Central govt. did not satisfied with the Commission Report and kept abeyance than bring the 109 constitution of amendment in the year 2009 followed by the appointment of Santali language commission/Syllabus Translation Commission under the Ministry of HRD. Now it is the Central Govt, prerogative power to act over the reservation act. Parliament having the supreme body of legislature has the only authority to review the reservation under and other infringement act existed/saved after making out the modern constitution like Santal Parganas & Chottanagpur tenancy act and so other. Now @ all, if all the modern linguistic people are not under developed and their supreme in their own region under no circumstances Santali linguistic people remain undeveloped. The Liberty Equality and Dignity not only bring the prosperity but also bring socio-religious and cultural sovereignty with identity of Jharkhandi.

Thakur Lachchman Murmu is a Founder Intellectual of Bharatiya Santali Philosophers, Women & Boys Federation, West Bengal, Jharkhand & Odisha since 1998 under the banner of identity in regard to language, literature & culture. The modern language forming from so many dialects of socio culture similarity, similarly the modern Santali language has also been meant for the identity of modern Jaher khond people such as Santal, Ho, Mahle, Munda, Oraon etc. The modern thinkers, philosophers, great ideologist for modern literature culture and popularly known as (Sadhu Ram Chand Murmu and Pandit Raghu Nath Murmu) their each & every thought very aptly reflected in their work, they were also warned the political leaders of the country and community about the treacherous thought of western ideologist and cabinet mission plan 1946 but in spite of their warning linguistic intellectual and political leader failed to understand and follow their thought which resulted the division and sub division into so many sub community by the British and the Santali language, literature or culture were intentionally kept in the edge by the constitutional drafting committee duly inserted certain provision in the modern constitution. It is evident from the act of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru on the 14th September 1949 when 15 languages were included in scheduled VIII of the constitution and 13 among them recognized as state language of newly created states. Is not it the demand of Jharkhand state by the people of Jaher khond was their and present OLCHIKI with Santali language literature were also existed.
Since from the pre-independent era British make out a plan & policy to keep the linguistic people in the edge the same work has been carry forward by the present modern age people under guise of development. Be aware it is the time to swim not to learn the swimming. Our Federation is committed for Literature =Jharkhandi, Culture= Sarnaism identity within the purview of the constitution of modernIndia. Don't worry about census. Government does his own duty.

Now question arise whether the movement taken up is justified within the purview of the constitution? If the linguistic people/community/groups/ want to support them and their demand than why there public representatives as well as intellectuals are remain silent till date. The so called dump representatives and intellectual never fight for the cause of liberty, equality and dignity nor do they fight for the proper implementation of the constitution. It is the time to work together and walking together of the state and country instead of denouncing each other custom and tradition by inherited dogmatic thought and ideas. Bharatiya Santali Philosophers, Women & Boys Federation are fighting since 14 years in national level for proper implementation of the constitution and to practicing direct democracy (consensus) as well as bring the human spirituality with living in harmony to fulfill the preamble of the constitution.

Santali means not Santals alone. Worshiper Groups in Jaher, Jahira, Desauli, Sarna etc. are called Santali. Presently Government identified as "Tribal".or "Backward class". But actually we are Santali linguistic groups of people and also Jharkhandi. It is also no doubt about Jharkhandi. Only Jharkhand state people are not called Jharkhandi. Other state Santali people are also called as Jharkhandi. It is also not confused that girls and men. Bharatiya Santali Philosophers mean above 48 years of age Women means all the ladies groups and Boys means up to 48 years of gents groups. Students are also most welcome.

It is universal truth that the dumped linguistic Santali people in Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya etc. duly dumped by British are not yet been classified any group under Backward class as per article 15(4) and 342(1) by the Central Government or state govt. after the implementation of modern constitution. Though the some linguistic people has been sub-categorized in to different sub-caste (Santal, Ho, Mahle, Munda, Oraon etc.) in the stats of Bihar, Orissa, and West Bengal since 1956 for their social and educational development under article 15(4) and known as Scheduled Tribe under article 342(1) as well as given them proper representation in state Assembly and Parliament under article 334 of the constitution. Now it is the duty of the Central Government to appoint the Backward Class Commission under article 340 to investigate and identify the Backward Class people whom to be given the opportunity for social and educational development in the respective state or Central Government will direct the concerning State Government for appointment of a Backward Class commission for the promotion of Backward Class people in their state or State Government it self identify the Backward Class people in the respective state and given the information to Central Government for include in the list of Backward Class. The Indiaor Bharat is govern by the modern constitution what we have enacted and adopted by the constituent assembly on the 26th day of November 1949.
