Is not it the so called conscious people are always creating the hindrances all the growth, development, language, literature and social empowerment of the Kherwal community by their sectarian out look. The Kherwal community and Santal in particular being a largest sub-community are badly victim of present social identity crisis not only is North Eastern region but also in country at large due to rotten system of governance. Now it is valueless the discuss about the script as Central government has already developed OL CHIKI Software font and supplying freely by the Ministry of Information and Technology Development, Govt. of India, Pune after inclusion of Santali language, because what is OL CHIKI and Santali language, literature are well known to the modern thinkers and ideologists of Aryans and Dravidians linguistic groups people of modern Bharat. The Philosophers, Ideologists, Thinkers and Intellectuals of South Jharkhand and Odisha region were/are much more aware about the problem creator in the way of achieving the Liberty, Equality and Dignity of Santali Language, Literature and Culture even after creation of Jharkhand state and inclusion of Santali language in scheduled VIII. The regional state govt. does have any jurisdiction over the Santali language so long Central Govt. will not clarify his stand after appointing the translation of syllabus of Santali language since 2009. It can very well be presumed, why Central Govt. has worried and hurried to appoint the commission since 2009 instead of shouldering this responsibility to the regional state govt.? Whereas diplomatic pressure was mounted to the present Central govt. for appointing the language commission my virtue of inclusion of Santali language in scheduled VIII, which was ignored in the 14th day of September 1949. The handful of so called converted Santal intellectual can jump only in Santal Pargana area and try to befool the illiterate masses for their selfish end (Creating the opportunity for more conversion). In this respect some organization are badly working day and night which is alarming all the language, literature and culture lovers of Jaher-khond people. Apart from these some so called intellectuals of none conversion groups are also engaged in supporting them by means of their act due to their unconsciousness over Santali language, Literature and Culture.
